What are your big plans for this three day weekend? This is if you get one of course.
I forgot that I had a three day weekend. Hooray! I WANNA KILL A WHALE!
I’ll be heading to Miami and warmer climates to cover the Magic City Comic Con for Once Upon a Fan!
I unfortunately don’t get one. But I took a lot of time off during the holidays that it really won’t be missed. As for the weekend plans, I am hoping to go snowboarding to hone in on my skills before my Colorado trip. Otherwise, I might be coming back in a full body cast, evidently even the “easy” slopes in Colorado will be a challenge for me.
I don’t get one, but hey, thanks for rubbing it in. I’m moving this weekend! And I’ve thankfully reached the age where I get to hire movers as opposed to begging my friends to move me out of my third story walk-up. Hooray, adulthood!
What do you think about Jay Cutler?
Who? Oh. That guy. His wife is pretty cute.
In every picture on Google images he looks perpetually disappointed. I think that speaks for itself.
I am curious to see if he will be around next season or not. It will be pretty expensive for the Bears because of his contract. I wish I had a job where I was still guaranteed a salary even for doing a bad job.
I think he should vaccinate his children.
The Golden Globes were on this past Sunday. How many of the nominated TV shows and movies have you actually seen?
Not very many. I treat the Golden Globes/Oscars as a to-do list. Now I know what movies I have to see this year. I was pretty happy with all of last year’s movies and this year looks promising as well.
I’ve watched all the TV shows and not enough of the movies. Personally, I thought the entire show was lackluster this year.
I haven’t gone out to see movies lately so can’t say anything about that. As for TV I honestly think there were 2 shows that I watch that were nominated. I guess I don’t watch golden globe quality television.
As someone who typically follows celebrity nonsense more than most, I’m disappointed to say that I have no idea what was nominated. I watch House of Cards–that should win all the awards.
At what age will you be old?
Well, I felt pretty old on Sunday when I woke up with a headache. I’ll probably actually be old at like 47. Maybe.
Well, considering my idea of a rocking Friday night is a scotch and Netflix, I think I’m there.
As most people in their late 20’s, I am dreading when I turn 30. No longer can I be binned into the 20-something group which implies that I am allowed to do immature things. 30-something sounds like I should pack up and move to the suburbs be a good role model for the kids in the neighborhood. No thank you!
